First Saturday of each month - Obstacle Course Simulation Races - 7:30 to 9am
An obstacle course is a series of challenging physical obstacles an individual or team must navigate. They can include running, climbing, jumping, crawling, swimming, and balancing elements with the aim of testing speed, endurance, and agility. Obstacle course racing (OCR) is about building confidence...the more you practice, you will build that confidence to get you through that race.
